What to Expect
These sessions are for people who feel ready to slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect with themselves in a safe and grounded way.
This work may support emotional release, grounding, clarity, and a deeper sense of connection with yourself.
Ideally, we can work together over 3 or 6 months, meeting regularly to ensure enough continuity for the process to unfold naturally. Each session is guided by what is present for you in that moment. Some people feel called to longer containers that allow depth and integration. Others may simply need support at a specific moment in their lives.
Single sessions are also available if you are seeking clarity, grounding, or support around something immediate.
There is no pressure to commit to more than what feels right.
